1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g. during limited collaboration drops or slap pack releases), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sketchy Boyz Watch Club LLC is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged Shipments & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@sketchyboyzwatchclub.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
